As you know we are asking for a food dish and beverages in lieu of any material gifts. We know that some people, however, will still want to gift us something and in that case we ask that you contribute to our dream honeymoon.
We both have celtic roots and really want to explore that together in an intentional and loving way. That's why we've decided that Ireland would be the perfect place for us to spend the beginning of our marriage.
They used to call the 'honeymoon' the 'honey month' since that first swell of marriage is so sweet. Everyday with Alder is sweet to me beyond compare but an adventure in a foreign land is what we've always fantasized about and will make things even sweeter.

We are requesting that our guests please take part in the theme of our wedding! We want you see you in your most whimsical, fairy-like, woodland outfit. This isn't just our special day, this is a day to remember for all of us! And if there's one thing that brings all of my friends together its dressing up and theatrics! We ask that you stick to pastels and encourage you to wear white! Really! It's okay!
Black is okay but would prefer lighter colors so that we pop in pictures. Whatever you feel the most magical in is what we want to see. I want that sparkle in your eye, the toothy grin, the dress that makes you twirl, and the suit that makes you feel like Frodo.
