Greetings!
Hello loved ones!
We are delighted to announce that we have set an official marriage date. If you don't already know, we have decided to perform a self-solemnization ceremony in Colorado. We will not have any witnesses, or guests. Not even an officiant.
The way we have envisioned our "wedding day" may not be traditional, but we believe it will provide us the opportunity to tend to the aspects of our union that we find exceptionally important. We want to create a simple setting where we have the time, space, and flexibility to comfortably focus on one another. What we request from you is the privacy we need in order to vulnerably express our vows in the truest, most heartfelt form.
On May 10th, 2022 we will take the whole day to enjoy one another, look back on all that we've accomplished together, express our vows, and officially begin our journey as husband and wife. If this is of interest to you, we ask that you write us a letter that we will read together on this special day. Well wishes, advice, support, congratulations, and love would mean the absolute world to us. Your Wedding Day Letter will provide permanence, presence, and involvement in a way that we will be able to appreciate throughout our lives.
Your support, kindness and love are by far the most valued expressions that you could provide us. If further generosity calls to you, we have provided a fund of expenses and experiences that would aid us in this endeavor. We can't express enough gratitude for the individual role you have played in our lives. We value all of you so highly. Thank you for helping us embark on this journey in a way that is most suited to us.
With love always,
The Salters
