Respectfully this is an adult-only occasion with exception of 18months and under.

Now more than ever we are so thankful to have each other, our friends, and our families. While we understand and expect that some people may not be able to attend due to Covid-19, given this on-going pandemic. We've made several adjustments and taken the proper precautions for our wedding to help keep everyone comfortable, happy, safe, and healthy. Please read below to see how we are taking those precautions.

1- Our venue is a fully outdoor venue. They have reached out to the Benton County Health Dept and they are complying with the 6.19.20 order (which is 100 people or less outdoor) and has reached out to an attorney to ensure that this venue is safe to have weddings.

2- The venue has purchased a heavy-duty disinfectant sprayer to spray down all of the chairs for both ceremony and reception. Also, they will be cleaning bathrooms frequently.

3- Availability permitting, please take a COVID-19 test a week to a week and a half prior to the wedding. There are free testings all around your area. Guests unable to take a test are still welcome.

4- Upon arrival, there will be a "Sanitation Station" that we ask you to take your temperature, sanitize your hands, and there will be face masks available if so needed. If you're running a fever or not feeling well, we ask that you do not attend. There will be "Red" wrist bands provided to any guests. The wristband will signal to other guests that the wearer is potentially immune-compromised, at high risk of developing severe illness, caring for a high-risk individual, etc. All precautions should be taken to avoid spreading germs to those individuals (e.g., give them a wide berth, wear a mask when talking with them, etc).

5- We ask that you follow the established state guidelines to stay in compliance with face coverings (i.e. If you are not seated, eating, drinking, or have an underlining health condition, masks must be worn)

6- We will have hand sanitizers located throughout the venue, disinfectant wipes, along with disinfectant spray for games and at the photo booth.

7- No food buffet- we will have servers dishing up your food. We will have a bartender who will be serving drinks. All cups, plates, utensils, etc will be compostable and one-time use only (i.e., no passing used cups back to the bartender for a refill).

8- We will have a few extra rows of chairs for guests during the ceremony if guests so choose to keep their distance.

9- We will have extra tables and chairs for the reception area as well.

10- We completely understand that some people may not want to spend an extended amount of time in a group of people. After being in quarantine for so long, we also understand that some people might not be able to gauge their comfort level with a crowd until they arrive on-site. Early exits are no problem at all.

11- We will be holding our wedding on October 2nd, but if the COVID-19 situation takes a significant turn for the worse and the stay-at-home order is re-instated then it may force us to hold an event with fewer people. We encourage our guests to book flexible accommodations and monitor the email addresses provided in the "Details" card. We will reach out via phone if the stay-at-home order is re-instated.

12- Uber and Lyft are available to and from the wedding for guests.
