We are planning a trip (and belated family honeymoon) to the Christmas markets of Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Here is an overview of the tentative itinerary:

Day 0: Fly from the US to Vienna, Austria.

Day 1: Vienna, Austria

Day 2: Christmas markets and sightseeing in Vienna.

Day 3: Journey to Munich

Day 4: Bavarian Munich's Christmas Markets and sightseeing.

Day 5: Journey to Innsbruck, Austria

Day 6: Venture to Lucerne, Switzerland

Day 7: Explore Lucerne and sightseeing

Day 8: Fly from Lucerne back to the US
