We plan a rather relaxed day, so please:
o wear spiky heels if you want to aerate the grass lawn
o wear the consequences if you go sans-under your skirt/kilt on a breezy day
o remove your sunnies for posed photos as eyes are windows to the soul
o bring a brolly for the sun (or rain).
o let us know your dietary requirements. The fare will be mostly vegetarian. Gluten-free & meats will be clearly labelled.
Entertainment: Simon Bussman is a fantastic musician who even does balloon art for the kids and is open to your music requests
Alcohol: The alcohol will be Moscato (Eraine's fave) and port (Rob's fave) a selection of softies for the kids. BYO for your own tastes.
Photos: Brian (our friend) has graciously agreed to be our photographer but we would like to be gifted your photos of the day too.
Help to set up: We would appreciate some help on the day setting out food, chairs and shade from 0900h please. Volunteers to kindly RSVP.
Gifts: "HoneyFund" for Thermomix or Honeymoon on Blu Emu (our new boat) or a boat kite (our Atlantic-crossing safety net)
Wet Weather Plan: The wet weather plan is a function room at the Hyatt Hotel next to Lennox Gardens.
