Traveling to Japan has been a shared dream of ours from almost the very beginning. As our luck would have it, November is one of the best times to visit. We are going to be spending about 11 days in Tokyo and Kyoto.
Throughout the whole trip we plan on taking advantage of the incredible food. We've heard their culinary skills are among the best in the world and we are hoping to come home with a handcrafted Japanese knife with our new last name carved on the blade. Naturally, there will also be several stops in various tea houses, preferably in a beautiful zen garden. You can probably already tell that we will be making this into a food extravaganza, but there will certainly be museums, temples, and markets visited very day. We are so grateful to you, for helping us make this dream one of our first memories as a married couple.
