Wedding Day Timeline!

 

1 PM Family and Friends are encouraged to come at 1 pm to take photos with our Photographer at Cedar Creek Park across from Cultural Center.

 

2:00 PM CEREMONY at the Cedarburg Cultural Center. Weather permitting we will have the ceremony outside. If the weather is cold, wet, or both we will be having the ceremony inside.

3 PM Family and Friends are able to take photos with the Bride and Groom with our Photographer at Cedar Creek Park across from the Cultural Center.

After guests are free to explore everything Cedarburg has to offer.

 

4 PM Bridal Party meets at Bridge (Interurban Bike Trail Ozaukee County) for group photos

 

5 PM RECEPTION.

 

The reception will be hosted inside at the Cedarburg Cultural Center. Their maximum capacity is normally 400 people with COVID it is 75 people. The art gallery will be able to remove some of its movable walls to allow for as much space as possible.

 

We will have a forehead thermometer for temperature scans at the door and of course, will have hand sanitizer and require masks.

 

The majority of the food will be individually wrapped and located away from the dance floor.

 

We will be live streaming both the ceremony and reception for people who are unable to attend. And will be sharing our playlist so people can listen and dance at home.

 

Any additional suggestions for COVID accommodations are of course encouraged.

Hello Everyone,
We are getting closer to the day!
As some of you may know, there was a restriction placed on the size of gatherings in Wisconsin.
Rehearsal Dinner- Unaffected as it will be taking place outside.
Welcome Party- Unaffected as they have an outside seating area.
Ceremony- Unaffected as it will be taking place outside. If indoor due to weather less than 25% of the maximum capacity will be attending.
Reception- Less than 25% of the maximum capacity.
As a friendly reminder, masks will be required at ALL of the events.
DO NOT ATTEND if you feel sick or have come in contact with someone who has or may have COVID.
Me and Andy are looking forward to getting married. This year has been a practice of patience. I appreciate your support!

We finalize with the cater on 9/25. If you have RSVPed "Yes" but are unable to attend let us know before then!
Please, remember that this is a no-pressure invite, and, no matter how close you are to us, we truly will not be upset if you don't want to or cannot come because of COVID. We just need people to communicate their plan with us so we can plan accordingly.
Basically, we are getting married 10/10/2020 and please feel
free to show up if you feel comfortable, and if not you can watch it on Facebook Live. We just need to know what you are planning on doing.

Nestled along the beautiful Cedar Creek, Rebellion Brewing Company is located in the historic Cedarburg Mill. Rebellion has a large, relaxing outdoor beer garden which (weather pending) should still be open in October. For those crisp evenings, they have propane heaters to keep you comfortable but it is recommended to bring a light jacket. The Welcome Party starts at 8 pm and ends at 10 pm but the bar will be open till 12:00 AM. Melisa and Andy will be passing out drink tickets to guests as they arrive, but it is recommended to bring additional money.

OPEN BAR at RECEPTION!

The Clowd’s will be hosting an OPEN bar! All Beer, Wine, and Drinks will be on the house. We will have Soda and Water for those who prefer not to drink.

We will have two signature drinks included below.

Signature Cocktail
The Ru - Is a mixture of Vodka and Lemonade. A refreshing drink that is a little sweet and a little sour with a bit of a bite at the end. Just like RU!
The Fonz- is Root Beer with Rum. A sweet twist to a classic drink like our good old boy! But be careful drink too many or you’ll be howling at the moon too!
