Portugal

Portugal is a southern European country on the Iberian Peninsula, bordering Spain. The flight from Miami, Florida to Lisbon, Portugal with one stop is approximately 12 hours one way! Much of the nation’s architecture dates to the 1500s–1800s, when Portugal had a powerful maritime empire. According to the Global Peace Index 2018, it ranks as the 4th safest country in the world.

 

Portugal is the world leader in the production of renewable energy. It manages to meet almost 70% of its energy needs through hydro, wind and solar power. The country is also able to convert the movement of ocean waves into electricity and energy.

 

We are planning in indulging in two weeks of bliss on our honey moon. Thank you for being apart of this journey. We love you!
