Our Story --

Where do I begin -

Jeffrey and I met through Facebook, (I had added him first) the ONE place I always told myself I would NEVER meet anyone through. Well, we all know how that goes. Never say never right?!

So I had recently got out of a long term relationship and was no where near looking for someone new. Little did I know, God had other plans for me.

September 1, 2017 is when Jeffrey decided he was going to message me and as I was always weary of writing back to people that I did not know -- something told me to do so, and I did. Short talk lead to conversations that felt as if I just knew Jeffrey my ENTIRE life. He was quick to let me know he had a son, named Marcus during our talks. As conversations lead on, I never felt so comfortable with someone in such short amount of time. Then we decided to meet up.

LET ME STOP THERE -- I was so nervous to meet the person I had been messaging back and fourth for over two/three weeks that I nearly cancelled but didn't. I shared my location with everyone I knew, just in case something had happened to me. I had all these bad thoughts running through my head, yet I still went.

That night, we met, we talked for hours, went riding down back-roads which became a thing for us, singing our hearts out and just living life. As time kept passing, I just knew in my heart, he was the one God set out and made for me.

October 20,2017 is when we made it official. We became inseparable at this time. I wanted (and still do) to spend all my time with not only him but with Marcus and Jeffrey's Dad. When I say I just knew He was the one for me, I just knew. Everything just felt so right.

It is completely crazy to me what time does and what God can bring you when you least expect Him to do so. I am forever thankful that Jeffrey and Marcus were brought me when they were because I honestly don't know how I made it through this life without them.

July 13, 2018 on Friday the 13th -- Jeffrey asked me to marry him and without hesitation I said YES!!!!! Not only do I get to spend the rest of my life with my absolute best friend, I get to spend the rest of my life loving HIS child as my OWN!

God works in mysterious ways and I'm forever thankful for that DM he decided to send my way ;)
