Hello friends and family,

Thank you so much for taking the time to browse our registry. It means the world to us that you're in our lives and that we can share this exciting, life changing event with you.

We got engaged December of 2017 and hit the wedding planning game hard. Karlie went a little over the top...having handmade all the centerpieces, bouquets, flower decorations, well before the venue was even booked. Eventually we found the venue of our dreams and set an official date; February 14th, 2020.

A couple months passed and upon saving the money for the wedding, we started to realize that spending so much on a 6 + hour day didn't seem like the most responsible thing to do.

We started to look at open houses, mainly for fun as we love to watch HGTV together... It was then we realized the smartest game plan for us as a couple, was to buy a house rather than moving forward with a wedding.

April 4th, 2019, we were officially handed the keys to our new house, and began a 3 week renovation project. :) (we literally knocked down an entire wall all by ourselves lol)

Long story short, 2019 was an absolutely incredible year for us. We both made HUGE advancements in our careers, closed on our first house, and adopted our little poodle pup, Lando. After all this, we couldn't think of a better way to start 2020 off than to become Mr and Mrs Lipka.

We will be having a private ceremony just the two of us, then plan to hold a reception toward the end of the year to celebrate further with friends & family. After all the life events we've tackled, we don't want to wait anymore to call each other husband & wife and decided this was the best route.
