We have spent the past few years ticking off our bucket list destinations, but for our honeymoon, wanted to visit somewhere where we could relax and enjoy somewhere familiar. Whitney studied abroad in Denmark in college and has been raving for years about it to Paola.
Paola is mostly excited for the copious amounts of bicycles, Whitney is mostly excited to visit her favorite smørrebrød (open face sandwich) shop. Honeymooning in a place is certainly different than exploring a place as a starving undergrad! We're excited to take in some of Copenhagen's culinary scene as well as traveling regionally to historical and cultural sites.
