More Information:

*Church*

The ceremony begins at 12.30pm at St Jude’s Church Englefield Green.

*Parking*

There is no car park belonging to the church itself but there is plenty of parking close by. Please note all nearby parking is pay and display both on the roadside and in the car parks detailed below which are a 3/4 minute walk from the church:

St Jude’s Road Car Park - (the parking is situated along the high street, St Jude’s Road in front of the cemetery) (link below for further info)

Victoria Street Car Park - (link below for further info)

Venue Parking - Great Fosters
After the ceremony please make your way to the reception venue, there is ample parking at Great Fosters and the parking is located to your left as you enter the property.

*The Wedding Bus*

We have organised transport from Egham town centre to the church and church to the reception venue via double decker bus for those who may be staying in Egham the night before the wedding. The Wedding Bus will make one pick up from Great Fosters at 11.45am and a second from close by to the Travelodge in Egham at 12.00pm and will transport guests to the church. Following the ceremony it is essential that those travelling via Wedding Bus to the reception venue board the Wedding Bus promptly otherwise we may incur on the spot additional charges. Please confirm as soon as possible if you would like transportation by Wedding Bus as numbers are limited. Priority will of course be given to guests who will not have their cars available to them as they have travelled to Egham by train/airplane.

*Food*

We are offering a menu option for the main course. Please ensure that the menu preference for each guest is confirmed on the RSVP card, which is enclosed with your wedding invitation, by no later than 25 May 2019. The options are either:

Chicken - Free range chicken breast,
mash, tenderstem broccoli, roasting juices

Or

Lamb - Slow cooked lamb pavé,
pommes Anna, peas à la Français (peas with bacon pancetta) mint jus

If a vegetarian option is required or you have any specific dietary requirements this should be confirmed on your RSVP.

*Accommodation*

Links to some local hotels are detailed above. Prices and locations vary but all detailed above are within two miles of the reception venue. The Travelodge is the most reasonable (approx £60 per night) and nearest to Great Fosters. De Vere Beaumont Estate, Royal Holloway and the Boleyn Hotel are more middle of the road (£80-£110 per night). The Runnymede is a lovely hotel on the river and in a very convenient location if you would like somewhere a little more luxurious but of course a little more expensive too (from £150 approx per night).

*Dress Code*

Think ‘Summer Garden Party’. We want a fairly relaxed and not too formal vibe and for everyone to be comfortable, bearing in mind there is a chance it may be very warm (fingers crossed). Chinos and shirts with a dickie bow or tie for the gentlemen and pastels and florals for the ladies will be wonderful! Of course if you would rather be suited and booted that will be lovely too! We ask that no black is worn and that dark colours generally are avoided where possible to keep the look and feel light and bright!

*Children*

In order to keep numbers to a minimum, we can only invite a small number of children limited to close family. We also thought mummies and daddies might like a day off and the opportunity to let their hair down and have a good time without having to worry about little eyes and ears, so we politely request no children.

*Evening Guests*

Evening guests should arrive at Great Fosters between 7.15pm and 7.45pm and make their way to the Tithe Barn/Painted Hall/Orangery. Evening food will be served at approximately 9.15pm.

*Bar Closes - Midnight*

**Carriages - 12.30am**

*Taxis*

We recommend that taxis are booked before guests arrive at the reception venue. Taxis can be limited between 11pm and midnight. Uber does operate in the area and the following local taxi companies will also be able to assist guests staying locally to the venue.
Gemini Cars - 01784 471 111
Windsor Cars - 01753 677677

*Our Wedding Hashtag*

Our wedding hashtag is #itswittertime. Please ensure you tag all wedding related photos and posts, including in the run up to the wedding, and we will do the same #sneakpeaks.

*FRIDAY 12th JULY - Pre-Wedding Fun at the Pub*

Anyone who will be arriving in Egham on the Friday is welcome to join the wedding party from 4pm at the Red Lion Pub in Egham town centre (link below) for food and some drinks in the beer garden. If you think you will be joining us please let us know so we can advise the pub of numbers.

Our Dream Honeymoon

As you all know we LOVE to travel and we can’t wait for our honeymoon (which we are planning for Spring 2020) and which we want to be a BIG adventure and a time for making lasting memories. Our dream would be to spend 10-14 days exploring the Deep South of America flying and/or road tripping around Mississippi, Tennessee, Louisiana and Texas. Next we plan on spending 7-10 days relaxing in the Caribbean including Mexico and Cuba and the Bahamas doing standard beachy honeymoon activities sipping cocktails, snorkelling and sailing. Wow just thinking about it is exciting!
