A limited number of rooms have been blocked at the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront resort as well as at the Hilton Garden Inn Hilton Head as a courtesy.
Omni is the pricier option and located beachfront. The wedding as well as the reception are at the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort. As per room block agreement : Block rate $234.00 per room a night plus local taxes, currently 10% and a $2 per room per night Chamber of Commerce fee. There is also a resort services fee of $25 per night per sales tax (currently 10%).
Hilton Garden Inn is not beachfront, but is located just before the bridge to Hilton Head Island and is not as pricey. Hilton Garden Inn is about a 20 minute or so drive from the Omni resort. As per room block agreement : Room rate $131.00 per room a night plus tax (10%) as well as any incidentals.
There are also many other hotels available in the area if you would like other lodging options.
Additional events:
For guests that are in town the Friday before the wedding we will host a welcome dinner at Scott's Fish Market Restaurant on Friday the 4th of October from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. The restaurant is located at 17 Harbourside Lane, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928.
We will also host a Sunday farwell brunch from 11:30am to 2pm on October 6th at Jane's Bistro, 28 Shelter Cove Lane #109, Hilton Head Island, SC.
