Hello friends and family,

We are honored and grateful for your presence on our special day, on our magical little island corner of the world.

Lauren and I feel that we've already been given what many spend their entire lives seeking: that kindred, one-of-a-kind spirit with whom to share their life. Our next most important gift is you: your kindness and generosity, coming together to honor the power of love, partnership and union.

Our evening begins with a sunset ceremony at 5:30 on February 18, 2019 at Higgs Beach (between the West Martello Fort and seawall). Reception, dinner, drinks and dancing to follow in the beautiful gardens and grounds of the Fort.

For those that feel inclined, please feel free to channel your inner Roaring 20s spirit, or simply come as you are. Lauren is going full-on flapper. I'm going White Pinstripe on Royal Blue 1920s Peaky Blinders tailored fit. Think Key West with an "upscale" twist! (If this is important to you, our "colors" are ivory, navy blue and blush pink hues).

We truly have everything we want or need. Our biggest hopes and future aspirations are to continue to bring healing, therapeutic hatha yoga and wellness to the world. In order to facilitate our journey, if you would like to give a gift, please consider making a donation to our future education and travels. We hope to study in India at the Ghosh College as well as in Vancouver, Canada, with Bernie Clark's Yin Yoga program.
