We're going on a dream honeymoon vacation to Southeast Asia! We plan to enjoy all the fun and culture that Thailand has to offer. The first 4 nights will be spent on Koh Samui, an island in the Gulf of Thailand. There we plan to scuba, visit a national park for hiking/kayaking, visit the local Fisherman's Market, sit ringside at a Muy Thai boxing match, and of course enjoy the beautiful beaches. Next we head north to Chiang Mai to spend a day in the elephant sanctuary, visit Doi Inthanon National Park, and visit Doi Suthep temple. From there we fly into Bangkok for an evening of floating markets and fun before taking a van to the ruins of Angkor Wat in Siem Reap, Cambodia. The tour to Angkor Wat includes a hot air balloon ride over the ruins which should be wonderful! Our final night is spent in Bangkok again before heading home! We can't wait!!
