During a year like 2020, we were so fortunate to have met. When the world started shutting down, it gave us the opportunity to really get to know each other. Since 'dinner and a movie' was definitely out of the question, we had to be creative. We socially distanced from the world and got out into nature every chance that we could, day and night. While hiking Mount Baldy in total darkness, target shooting with our bows and backpacking for days through bear-country in Sequoia National Forest, we learned to fully trust, support and protect each other. The spark that was there from the very beginning grew into a love that neither one of us had felt before. Then the greatest adventure of all came in December when we eloped!

We’re so happy that we have each other, but we miss seeing our family and friends! You were all in our hearts on our special day and when we can safely come back together, we can't wait to celebrate with you!
