RESERVATIONS PROCEDURES
Individual Call-In
We have informed our Reservations Department that rooms will be reserved by the individual guests. Individuals may call the hotel’s Reservations Department at 386-947-7300 by 2021-04-13. Cutoff date may be extended up to 7 days past the contracted cut-off date, if requested and agreed upon between hotel and client.
If making reservations online, the individual must have the following information:
1. Block Code – Will be created once signed contract is received and block is loaded into our system (Delifus-Driggers Wedding Block)
2. Arrival and departure date
3. Room type request
4. Number of people and names in the room
5. CC to guarantee
6. Any other preferences (smoking, non, etc)
7. Reply e-mail address and/or phone number
