Erin's number one bucket-list goal is visiting a foreign country on every continent before she turns 30, and Onceania is the only one left! Tom wanted someplace with beautiful sandy beaches and stunning backdrops for relaxing quality time, so New Zealand was the obvious honeymoon choice for us. (The obviousness may have also had something to do with Erin's love for Middle Earth and all things Tolkien, but, you know, only a little bit...)
