We are excited to share that we got married in beautiful Santa Barbara on September 16, 2020! This year has been difficult in many ways, let alone with the pandemic, and our wedding plans changed. We hope to celebrate with all of you once things are safer.

The Lead Up
Our good friends, Daniel and Bessie, helped create a beautiful day for us! They picked up our wedding cake and joined us at the Ritz-Carlton Bacara to get ready. We started the day right with Rose, breakfast burritos and donuts! Then the ladies and gents went to their separate sides of the suite.
Jen, our florist, personally dropped off the beautiful bouquet and boutonnière. Our other friend Tiffany arrived to style hair and was crowned MVP of the day for helping with the wedding dress and shooting our “First Look” photos, while Daniel and Bessie snuck away to setup the ceremony site. We finished writing down our personalized vows and then it was a short drive down the road to the Ellwood Bluffs.
The Ceremony
We gathered at an altar within a grove of trees beside the bluffs. We’re so grateful in this time and age that our families could virtually tune in to our ceremony. Daniel officiated an intimate ceremony and Bessie was a fantastic bridal assistant throughout. Teary eyes all around, but we were able to keep it together for the photos! Matt, our amazing photographer, shot the ceremony and post-ceremony photos, which are shared in the ‘Photos’ link below.
The Celebration
We returned to the Ritz and had a private dinner on the bluffs outside their main restaurant Angel Oak. Champagne toasts, lovely wine, delicious food, and tasty cake all enjoyed. And now we’re husband and wife!
