Generally the postcode of BB2 7LW will get you to the right place. If not, proceed to the village of Balderstone - it is very small and has a church and school in the middle. When the School is on our right, proceed down the road approx 110 metres until the road dips. At the bottom of the dip, turn right up Bowfield Lane. You will drive past a row of cottages on the left. After approx 50 metres, you will arrive at 2 pairs of gates. The ones on the left are opened with a code on the pad of 1975 Enter (you have to press enter).
