Please refrain from wearing any white clothing, including white button-up shirts. * Our definition of formal excludes jeans, tennis shoes, and T-shirts. * Acceptable attire includes dresses/skirts, heels or flats, suits, slacks, collared shirts, and dress shoes. * We encourage you to align your attire with our Norse Pagan Autumn theme, either through your clothing or color choices. Inclusivity Note: * We welcome everyone to dress according to their preference regardless of gender roles, as long as it adheres to the dress code. * Feel free to have fun and be creative with your outfit! 1. **Childcare Services**: - Childcare services will be available onsite. - Children under the age of 8 must be checked into childcare during the ceremony. 2. **Reception Arrangements**: - Children under 6 years old must remain in childcare during the reception. 3. **Food Guidelines**: - Children aged 4 and under should have food brought for them. - For children aged 5 through 7 who remain in childcare during the reception, food will be provided. 4. **Reception Food Options**: - If children aged 5 through 7 are brought to the reception, they will only be able to choose from the food options provided at the event. These guidelines help ensure that children are appropriately cared for and that their dietary needs are met during the event. We will need to know in advance what your plans are so we can plan accordingly.
