Our upcoming wedding is a tiny Spring Equinox destination wedding with only 6 guests. We wanted to prioritize quality over quantity, and have chosen to not ask any of our guests for money or presents, only their presence on our special day! Additionally, since we already live together and don't need support filling our home, we're foregoing a traditional registry and instead are inviting the community we've cultivated in celebrating the beginning of our next chapter with us by donating to our Wedding and Honeymoon fund. Your gift will go to supporting woman/BIPOC/trans/lesbian owned wedding vendors as well as filling our Honeymoon with local and small-owned restaurants, coffee shops, experiences, accommodations and more. Our goal is to travel without extracting- and leave the places we visit better and more resourced than we found them. This journey for us is about rooting into the communities we are traveling through and ensuring we start our life together with meaningful, value-aligned experiences that feel safe for us *and* reciprocal for those who we meet along the way. The Caribbean

While we are still in the planning stages, (stay tuned) we know we want to experience more of the Caribbean, specifically within USVI + maybe Puerto Rico. When planning, we are being mindful to decolonize our travel by centering the ways of the locals and leaving their land better than we found it.
