Your presence with us in New Orelans is more than present enough! But if you're feeling generous, you can can contribute funds to our dream honeymoon in New Zealand, as we are lucky enough to have a home with nearly everything we need already. You can peruse our Honeyfund wish list and contribute (partially or in full) to any of the activities, experiences, accommodations, or flights we have planned for our trip to New Zealand. We have chosen New Zealand because it is the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation, nature and cities, activities and exploring - and it's a new destination for us both! We'll be taking a three week road trip around both the North and South Island in December, with a quick stop-over in Fiji on the way to break up the flight and ease the jetlag. We'll be horseback riding, day hiking, helicoptering & ice hiking on glaciers, canoeing in traditional Maori canoes, kayaking in a glowworm cave, visiting Hobbiton, thermal hotspring-ing, and more!

  We'll be staying in a quaint B&B in a small town, Renwick, in the Marlborough wine country. From here, we will bike to the surrounding wineries and enjoy the countryside and a local dinner!

  Our home base for Abel Tasman National Park, whe're we'll hike the epic northwest coast, ride in Maori canoes, & relax on white beaches! Beachfront apartment where we'll spend Christmas night

• Hotel in Hokitika (1 night)

  Stopping half-way along the scenic drive down the South Island's West Coast, between the tropical beaches of Abel Tasman and the icy glaciers of Franz Josef.

• Hotel in Franz Josef (1 Night)

  We're staying amid the rainforest and glaciers where we'll relax in hot tubs after our heli hike on the glacier!

• Hotel in Queenstown (3 Nights) (Jackie's Birthday)

  Adventure capital of New Zealand! We'll be able to settle in for a bit and use Queentown as our base for day trips to Milford Sound & horseback riding in Glenorchy while enjoying the food & adventure!

• Hotel in Mount Cook (2 Nights) (New Year's Eve)

  We'll be glamping in the mountains and relaxing after our day hiking the Hooker Valley Trek. This is also where we'll star gazing & picnic for New Year's Eve.

• Hotel in Christchurch (1 Night)

  Our final night in New Zealand!

• Airfare Fund

  Help us get there and back. Flights to New Zealand are as expensive as they are long, unfortunately, and we need several connecting flights between Fiji, the North Island, and the South Island.

• Driving Fund - Rental Car

  Help us with the rental car (+ gas) for our 3-week road trip around New Zealand!
