Spider Lily Festival
We want to spend a day at the Satte Higanbana Festival, one of the main reasons we chose this time of the year to travel to Japan. They plant millions of Cass' favorite flower!

Omakase Sushi Night
Omakase means "I'll leave it up to you" in Japanese. It is a form of dining where you do not choose a meal from a menu, but instead a chef personalizes a fresh, multi-course meal for you.

Chopstick Workshop
We would be able to choose our own wood and engravings, then make some custom chopsticks!

Shinjuku Food Tour
We would like to hire a guide to take us around Shinjuku, a ward of Tokyo, to show us hidden food spots. They would also teach us about the local history and culture!

Capsule Hotel Rooms
Everyone thinks we are a little crazy for it, but we have always talked about staying a night in a capsule hotel! Our backs may not thank us, but the experience sounds fun!

Make Our Own Hankos
A popular souvenir to make in Japan is to create a customized hanko- a stamp that can be used as a signature. We plan to make ones with our names and a little image :)

We would love to go to Universal Studios in Japan, especially to see Super Nintendo World and the horror/Resident Evil attractions!

Train Tickets
We plan to travel from Tokyo to Osaka and back, with a few stops in between!

Make Your Own Knife Workshop
Chef Blake is looking forward to this class. They allow you to choose the type of blade, then sharpen and assemble a knife. This also teaches lessons on techniques and traditional craftsmanship!

Allows us to take a beautiful river ride back from the romantic train ride!

A romance themed train ride with beautiful views that ends where the Hozugawa River Boat Ride ride can take us back!

Couples Ring Making Class
We would love to make each other our wedding bands. There is a course in Tokyo that we have booked!

Night at a Ryokan
This would be one of the highlights of our trip, a night at a ryokan. These are private, traditional inns with a personal hot spring bath. We have our dream spot picked out, right outside of Kyoto.
