Celebrate with us as we eloped in Cape Town, South Africa- yesterday. Yes, sorry we got married without you- but what better way to celebrate than running away to Africa and getting married? This adventure has been epic so far & we can't wait to tell you all about it. We don't need a toaster or an espresso machine (... well a new espresso machine would be nice...), instead of material things we wish for memories to last a lifetime. Thank you for always supporting us, believing in us and helping us grow into a better couple. This is our 7-year anniversary and what better way to celebrate than this?

South Africa has everything, from white sandy beaches to lush green mountain tops. From elephants and lions to wild penguins! This place truly has it all, and it's where Max grew up in his young adult years.

  Eating out is always expensive, luckly here in South Africa it’s not nearly as expensive as in the U.S. but it is still an extra cost you have to be prepared for while traveling.

• Souvenirs and local art

  Whenever I travel- I always love to take a piece of where I went home with me. And if you are kind enough to donate to our trip- I’ll bring you something from South Africa too.

• Gigi Restaurant

  This is a very special place to me- the head chef and owner- Moses Moloi is a friend of mine. He's the best chef in South Africa, was appointed top 100 chefs in the world & was a judge on MasterChef.

• Safari Camp Stay

  All-inclusive stay at Kruger National Park with a safari

• Diving with Great White Sharks

  South Africa is one of the only places in the world where you can encounter the incredible Great White Shark in their natural habitat. It’s always been on my bucket list.

• Air BNB in Cape Town

• Hiking Boots

  This will definitely be an adventure trip- lots of walking and hiking.

• Rental Car

  We will be driving from Cape Town to Kruger National Park and then to Johannesburg. Definitely need a 4 by 4 for all that adventure.
