Japan is referred to as “The Land of the Rising Sun”; and that already sounds amazing. We have 2 weeks to explore the central area of Japan, including Tokyo, Kyoto, Mt. Fuji and Osaka. We are excited to learn more about Japanese culture, especially their craft. Sumo wrestling, architecture and landscaping, Kimono making, ramen noodle and mochi making, maybe even an Ikebana flower arranging course? (one can only dream!) We’re also super excited to get outodoors and explore Mt. Fuji’s Lakes, by bike, by train, by… pirate ship?!?! We already feel like our trip is going to be amazing!
