The Farifield Inn and Suites is very close to the venue and would be the most convenient option for those of you needing accommodations. We have a block of rooms available that have a 15% discount. This hotel also has the option for shuttle service to and from our venue!

For our guests that are travelling from out of state, the nearest airports are Tampa International (TPA), which is around a 35 minute drive to Plant City. Additional airport options are St. Pete-Clearwater International (PIE), which is a 50 minute drive, and Orlando International (MCO), which is about an hour drive. Our ceremony begins at 4 pm. Please arrive to the venue by 3:30. The reception will finish by 9 pm. After party to follow for anyone wanting to contine the party! We will be bar hopping in the downtown Plant City area, details will be shared closer to the wedding. Dress code for our wedding will be casual. This means men may wear dress pants or khakis with a polo or button-down shirt, and women may wear a sundress or casual dress. The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be in a barn with lots of fans and cooling units, so please take that into consideration when choosing your outfit! Dinner is a buffet with a wide variety of food to choose from, so for those of you with food allergies/sensitivies, you will have plenty of options!
