Hope you make it to Portugal! Make sure you spend time not only soaking in the sights, but enjoying the cuisine. I highly recommend going to a Port Institute and spending a lazy afternoon tasting lots of port wines, cheese and local charcuterie- one of my best experiments Portugal!
