Frequently asked questions: How should I dress for the wedding? Semi-formal/cocktail attire encouraged to create more of a "Royal ball" feel. However, don't let this discourage you from attending. Wear what you have or even ask me, I have tons of dresses in different sizes that I would be more than willing to loan out for the night Are kids invited? Our boys will be in attendance for the ceremony and a little bit of the reception, but will be back home by 8. They will be the only children under 5 in attendance. Out of town guests are not expected to find childcare and all of our close family members are invited regardless of age. However, other than those circumstances, we ask that you leave children at home. Our guest list is rather long and we just cannot stretch it any further. Wouldn't a night out with your partner be amazing? We're hoping to enjoy much of our night as a newlywed couple rather than Mom and Dad. Extra details: Please do not feel obligated to gift anything at all. Your PRESENCE is far more valuable than any present and we just want to spend our special day with you! There will be an extended cocktail hour but it will have some fun activities. If you're local, feel free to run back home or whatever you need to do but hurry back because the party is going to be amazing!
