CEREMONY TIMINGS *Arrival drinks from 1pm *Ceremony to start at 1.30pm, led by the Legendary K-Dog. *Canapés and more drinks to follow around 2pm *Sit down for speeches by 2.30ish *Meal around 3.15ish - 3 options to try : - Miso Glazed cod, Sticky rice, pickled cabbage, Mango salsa - Vegan Curry - Thai Glass noodles with chicken *EVENING GUESTS ARRIVING FROM 5PM and drinks on arrival. *The paid Bar will also open then and freshly made pizzas will be available from 7pm. (Just to make folks aware, this is based on one 12" pizza between 2 people with a choice of 3 flavours, 2 x Veggie options, 1 Vegan (sorry meat lovers, we're trying to save the planet! and there was chicken with the noodles, WINKY FACE!) DJ'S / MUSIC till the band starts at 8pm. *The amazing 'Mike Dennis' and then 'Will and the people' from 8pm More music/ DJ'S till late. Parking is now available at Hambledon Football Club and will be sign posted 'Wedding Parking', Please do not park in the reserved parking area off Potterhill as we need access to these vehicles. Cars need to be collected by 11am Saturday morning. Probably best to use 'What 3 Words' - restores.ozone.void. This is about a 6 minute walk to the venue, of which part of it is on the road. Lighting will be visible down Pottershill leading to the venue. You may also wish to drop off first at the venue and then go and park. The drop off area is right outside the woodland, again using 'What3Words' - diverts.gear.earlobes The closest train station is Milford, which is around a half hour walk or 5 minute taxi, be sure to book in advance as we're a bit out in the sticks! You have Inn on the Lake/ Kings Arms in Godalming that have rooms available, should you wish to stay near by, which is around 15 minutes drive from the venue. * Please let us know if you have any allergies.
