We are very excited to travel to Germany and Italy to say our vows and begin the next chapter of our lives together! In lieu of a wedding registry for things we probably already have, please consider donating towards our trip. Thank you in advance for helping make our dream trip become a reality.

• Tuscan Cooking Class in Florence, Italy

  In Florence we're taking a Tuscan cooking class. If we're lucky it will be taught by woman we get to call Nonna who will teach us all the secrets to making pasta.

• A Round of Biers at Oktoberfest

  We're starting our trip at Oktoberfest in Munich where we'll be sampling biers by the liter in the Hofbrau tent.

• Futbol Match in Empoli

  We're excited to experience a European football match and to cheer on Florence's hometown team, Empoli FC.

• A Ride on the Oktoberfest Ferris Wheel

  We're starting our Oktoberfest day by touring the grounds and surveying the Munich countryside at the top of the Oktoberfest Ferris wheel.

• Colosseum Tour

  In Rome we'll be doing all the typical touristy things including touring the Roman Colosseum.

• Vatican Tours

  On our final day of the trip we'll be touring the Vatican museums, the Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter's Basilica

• Neuschwanstein Castle Tour

  On our second day in Munich we will tour the Neuschwanstein castle which was the inspiration for Cinderella's castle.

• Gondola Ride

  A gondola ride through the watery "streets" of Venice.

• Gelato in Rome

  I've heard the Italians make a pretty good ice cream cone.

• A Bottle of Italian Wine

  We plan to find time to relax in the sun with a bottle or two of Italian wine. I'm not sure it can hold a candle to our exquisite Missouri wines, but we'll make sure to try a few to find out.

• Lederhosen for Logan

  You can't go to Oktoberfest without the proper attire. As soon as we check into our hotel we plan to find a local shopkeeper who can sell us the traditional German garb for our Oktoberfest day.

• Dirndl for Sam

• Scenic Train Ride Through the Italian Countryside

  We'll be traveling from Venice to Florence via a (hopefully) scenic train ride through the Italian countryside.
