Accommodation Payment
Please submit your payment for accommodation at Boshendal. As a reminder - We have booked The Retreat, at Boschendal Wine Estate. This is an entirely private estate on the Wine Farm for only our guests. We have accommodation for Wednesday, January 6th, 2027 - Sunday, January 10th, 2027 (5 Days, 4 Nights). This Estate is where all Wedding weekend events will take place. Any shuttles to different locations on the property, will be roundtrip from The Retreat. Please arrive by Wednesday, January 6th, 2027 for checking in to your Cottage so that you have ample time to settle before our official festivities begin on the 7th. We have reserved the Retreat at a discounted rate for our guests. R7500 per room OR, It is approximately $450 USD per room, including Daily Breakfast for the entire stay (5 days, 4 nights). *based off the current currency conversion rate in Jan 2026. Check in Begins at 2PM, on January 6th, 2027. Check out is at 10AM, on January 10th, 2027. The Retreat consists of 18, 2-Bedroom Cottages. (36 Rooms, all Ensuite with a Shared Living and Kitchen Space). All guests will be divided into these, “Cottage-Mates” are based on friends/colleagues/acquaintances. If you have questions about your “Cottage-Mates” please reach out to Sierra or PD. However, If you happen to prefer to stay off property at a different wine estate nearby, Please let Sierra & PD know. Also, please note, you will need to arrange all transportation between your location and the weekend events on your own.
