While we wish that we could share our special day with all of you personally, we have decided to exchange our vows in a private ceremony. October 4th is Jess’s birthday and this love story started on the very best of birthdays. The following birthday David proposed, and as our life together changed in the wake of some unfortunate luck with health, so did our wedding plans. Life moved us chapters ahead while our wedding story was still being written, so we rewrote our special day in a way that both fits our life and celebrates our love. David heard that good things come in threes and saw that as a challenge, so we decided to become Mr. and Mrs. on our third anniversary. As it turns out, you can win at happily ever afters.

Honeymoon

David’s health is not what it was in the ring and long Covid has stayed for a few extra rounds. We know that we will come through with the win soon enough so we have decided to wait to honeymoon until he can truly enjoy it. Suggestions or donations are equally valued; we would love to hear where you think we should go to celebrate the victory of Otis v Covid.
