One Last Big Adventure Before Our Next Chapter 🤍

Ryan and I have spent over a decade growing up together.. and somehow, through every version of life, we’ve always found our way back to the same thing: getting in the car, going somewhere new, and making memories together. Some of the happiest moments of our relationship have happened while traveling. We fell even more in love surrounded by mountains, road trips and places that made us stop and think, how is this even real? And eventually, in Yosemite.. one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever seen.. Ryan asked me to marry him. 🥹 So when we started talking about our honeymoon, we kept coming back to the same idea. If we’re ever going to do the big crazy trip we’ve always dreamed about.. this is the time. After the wedding, life starts looking a little different for us. We’ve spent so many years growing up together, building a home and figuring out life side by side.. and the next chapter we’re hoping for includes babies, a family of our own and probably a whole lot less freedom to disappear across Europe for a month. 😂🤍 So before that chapter begins, we want one adventure that’s just ours. One month of trains, mountains, tiny streets, ridiculous views, good food, places we’ve only ever seen through a screen and hopefully a whole lot of moments where we just look at each other and say.. “Can you believe we actually made it here?” We want to experience Harry Potter in London, wander through the Scottish Highlands, stand beneath the mountains of Switzerland, ride trains through the Alps, eat our way through Italy, walk through ancient Athens, finally see those white buildings in Santorini, cruise through Norwegian fjords, chase the Northern Lights and somehow make our way all the way to Paris. And the best part is.. I plan on bringing all of you along with us. 🥹 I’ll be filming, taking photos and sharing the trip as we go, so if you help us ride a train through Switzerland, spend a night somewhere in Europe or check one of these crazy little dreams off our list.. hopefully you’ll get to watch that memory happen right along with us. There’s something really special to me about that. Some of you have followed our lives for years. You watched us get engaged. You’ve celebrated this season with us, laughed with us and somehow become part of the story.. so getting to share this next chapter with you too feels pretty freaking cool. We’re saving for this trip ourselves and we absolutely don’t expect anyone else to make the dream happen for us. But for anyone who would rather give us a memory instead of another thing, we made this Honeyfund so you can choose a little piece of our adventure to be part of. Someday, hopefully many years from now, when life looks completely different.. when there are kids running around, pets everywhere and whatever beautiful chaos we’ve built together.. I hope we’ll still be sitting there talking about that month we took off across Europe right after we became husband and wife.
