We'll take a train from Tokyo to Hakone and relax in natural hot springs and view Mt. Fuji!

Day in Kamakura
Zen temples, Shinto shrines, and a giant Buddha! We would love to revisit this seaside city for a day.

Day in Setagaya
A peaceful suburban area with parks, museums, and a shrine dedicated to lucky cats! We want to spend the day at the many varied thrift stores and the night wandering and snacking at restaurants.

Tea Ceremony
A multi-hour event that starts with a coursed meal then several courses of tea prepared and served in a ritualized, meditative sequence that promotes well-being and mindfulness.

Stay in a Ryokan
Ryokan - a traditional Japanese inn where you sleep on tatami-mat floors, bathe in hot spring baths, and eat kaiseki multi-course meals. We will revisit Fujikawguchiko and spend the weekend relaxing!

A nostalgic open-air train running along the Hozugawa River in Kyoto offering incredible views!

Arashiyama Bamboo Forest & Monkey Park
The Sagano Romantic Train drops us off at the bamboo forest, one of the most iconic views of Japan! After a tranquil walk, we will visit a zen garden and the Iwatayama Monkey Park!
