We have found the most incredible place to soak up everything and reflect on our time with you all. Instead of a gift registry, we have decided to list some adventures that you can contribute towards if you would like to.

• Air Mauritius

  Contribute towards our flights. If we don't get enough for a return, know that we will miss you.

• Airport taxi + return

  Not the most exciting one on the list but greatly appreciated and a lot better than walking. Thank you!!!

• Contribute towards a Romantic Dinner on the beach!

  We'll share a table on the sand, arranged by the hotel, champagne included! Expect pics!

• Cocktail Fund

  3 bars to choose from, amazing views and mixologists! Mostly we will be drinking local rum! But a touch of class here and there would be greatly appreciated! (Definitely sneaking in a papsak)

• Taste Adventures

  We're booking a daily breakfast and planning to wing the rest. Help us explore all the culinary treasures that Mauritius has to offer by gifting us a dinner or lunch :)

• Taxi to paradise (and back)

  The island is about 60km wide... some spots will be out of cycling reach. There are some waterfalls and hikes on the other side and we want to see it all!

• Hire a vehicle- road trips

  It costs about R450 per day to hire a vehicle. We don't need one the entire trip (better to walk/cycle) but it would be awesome to have for a road trip or two as we want to explore the wild east coast

• THE SALT ROOM

  "Reap the benefits of this magical mineral..." hmmm Heidi thinks it's ok to 'supplement' salt with everything. Jesse is not too convinced. We'll have to let you know how it goes.

• First round is on you!

  A groovy night out to the famous Banana beach club for live music and surrounding nightlife- Buddha Bar, Insomnia. Feel free to chip

• Soulful experiences that our hotel offers

  There are some amazing package experiences offered by the hotel. Mostly, we will be our own guides, but it would be fun to pick one of them if you would like to contribute. Check out the link:

• Bicycle rental

  We're not exactly sure how much it is to rent for the day but we are sure that we will rent at least 5 days out of 7! So much to see and no better way to see it than by bike!

• Explore Palmar on horseback

  Contribute towards a new experience for both of us. We're both a bit nervous to be honest!

• Jesse's Souvenir Fund

  Contributions towards Jesse's hoarding habits so that he does come back with too many senti-mental rocks.

• Forest Therapy at Bras d'eau

  "A guided hike through the forest, meditation and gentle stretching" - just what the doctors ordered.

• Shipwreck Snorkeling

  A definite highlight. A commercial ship that was deliberately sunk to create an artificial reef. buzzing with fishies!

• CAVE SNORKELLING

  Did you say bats and fishies! This one will take some convincing for Heidi. Please help Jesse's efforts by softening the cost.

• Island hopping cruise

  We have seen loads of sail cruises around the smaller islands. These often include snorkelling and lunch. Sometimes dinner too! If you would like to contribute towards a definite highlight :)

• Jesse's pedicure

  Best believe he needs it. Buy two and he'll get a wax as well.

• Couples massage

  Help! After all the cocktails and chilling on the beach, we will desperately need a massage to keep us going.

• Ubuntu Film Camera + film

  Contribute towards a film camera, because there is nothing better than a full photo album to look back at for years to come :)
