Welcome Family and Friends
We would instead love your travel suggestions, and optional donations, for our honeymoon in Japan. Instead of remembering your generosity every time we open a can of beans, we’d like to remember your generosity over a bowl of Udon or an amazing day trip.

In Kyoto, a visit to the Fushimi Inari Taisha shinto shrine is a really fun. Lots of food choices. Okonomiyaki ("cook to taste") is a type of pancake that is delicious. Japan really is a magical place.

So happy you found each other! We hope for many more shared visits, meals, and drinks. In Japan, particularly for sushi, we highly recommend doing some comparisons with the varieties of fattiness in tuna. Especially so you can appreciate the buttery wonder of otoro.
