This comfortable vacation home has had rave reviews for its fifteen-year history. It’s a great property for family reunions or retreats. It has two separate fully equipped villas in an enclosed garden with a 14 x 28-foot pool boasting lots of places to sit, read, visit, eat, and barbecue. The upstairs villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large pool view and ocean-view balcony. The villa downstairs is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom separate apartment opening to the lanai and pool area with air conditioning in the bedroom.

Our property is located on a hill, spread across three levels, connected by an outdoor staircase. Every level of our property has amazing ocean views. You can rent the entire property, one house, or one floor, however large your group, we can accommodate you! Located in the heart of Rincón, Sandy Beach is less than a five minute walk away. If you walk down our driveway you'll find a few restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Check out Big Kahuna Bar for one of the best burgers in the area and Tamboo for water-front dining. Tamboo and Kahuna are both great places to eat and enjoy nighttime entertainment.
