Parking for Wedding: in a large neighborhood, parking is free, but expect a bit of a walk if it fills up, or take an uber! Parking for Pre-Wedding drink: Chick’s Oyster Bar is VALET ONLY so bring $5 in cash for the guy. It is located at 2143 Vista Circle, Virginia Beach, VA 23451.
