The Ceremony: The ceremony will take place outside in front of the horse barn around 6pm-630pm. This timing window is due to lighting for the photographer around sunset. Please enjoy a cocktail or two in wait of the ceremony! October is still lovely in southern Missouri but there is good possibility of rain. Parking: We will rope off a designated parking area for guests as you enter the property. Reception: The reception will be indoors in the upper pole barn immediately following the ceremony several hundred feet away. We aren’t doing any of the traditional things outside of a first dance. We just want you to cut loose, dance, and celebrate with us! Music: We do have a live band playing! Trent Prewitt and his band. Trent is a CCB Nashville label country artist, won male voice 2024 Whoos Who Country Music Awards, and Springfield local! Dinner will be smoked pork shoulder, southern style homemade baked beans, and coleslaw. Drinks: Alcohol will be provided. We will have beer and 2 signature cocktails to choose from. One will be a whiskey based drink and one vodka based. Feel free to bring anything else if those aren’t preferred. There will be water and a couple of other non-alcoholic options as well. Restrooms: due to the amount of guests in attendance there will be outside portable restrooms available. With love, Thomas & Racheal
