We're so excited to finally celebrate with everyone! Through the years we've collected everything we need, so instead of traditional gifts we're looking for experiences. If you would like to contribute please browse below to see what we'll be up to on our dream Honeymoon!

Honeymoon

Australia

We are excited to have a chance to go on the trip of a lifetime!! We'll start in Melbourne where we'll explore museums, conservation parks, and the famous Luna Amusement Park. Next, we'll travel to Sydney to tour the Opera House, climb the Harbor Bridge (440 ft above sea level!), and dine both in the sky and at sea. Then we're off to just outside Brisbane to visit the famous Australian Zoo (yep, Steve Irwin's!) and sleep in the Crocodile Hunter's Lodge. Then it's time to not only explore the Great Barrier Reef but sleep on it as well on the Green Island off the coast of Cairns. Lastly, we'll be going to the Daintree Ecolodge for a rainforest retreat where we'll be surrounded by the rainforest and learn about its eco and cultural significance.

• Grand Hyatt Melbourne

  We'll be staying at the Grand Hyatt in Melbourne with a beautiful view of the city and close to all our destinations.

• Great Ocean Road Tour

  We'll have stops at the iconic 12 Apostles, London Bridge, the Razorback and Loch Ard Gorge along the Shipwreck Coast.

• Phillip Island Tour

  On this tour, we'll have the chance to cuddle a koala, visit The Nobbies, and experience the Penguin Parade! We'll get to watch adorable penguins make their way home from a special observation deck.

• ACMI

  A museum celebrating film, television, and gaming with exhibits, screenings, and events. While the admission is free we plan to grab lunch and watch a movie in one of their cinemas.

• Luna Park

  Luna Park is one of Australia's most iconic amusement parks that opened in 1912!

• Pentridge Prison H Division Night Tour

  Established in 1851 this prison was home to some of Victoria's most notorious inmates. We will be taking the H Division (also known as the "Hell Division") night tour.

• Hyatt Regency Sydney

  In Sydney we'll be staying at the Hyatt Regency with a view of the beautiful harbor right outside!

• Bridgeclimb and Picnic

  This is probably the scariest thing we'll be doing- climbing the Sydney Harbor Bridge which is 440 above sea level! Afterward, we'll be enjoying a nice relaxing picnic to recover.

• Graze and Gaze Cocktail Experience

  To round out our Sydney adventure we'll have one more picnic but this time we'll be learning how to make specialty cocktails!

• Skyfeast

  Probably the most expensive dinner we'll ever have.. and the tallest! This Skyfeast includes a huge selection of food from different cultures, plus amazing revolving views of Sydney 82 stories up!

• Opera House Tour

  On this tour, we will be able to go backstage and explore all the non-public areas as well as grab lunch at their restaurant.

• Captain Cook Dinner Cruise

  Another great dining experience in Sydney with a romantic dinner cruise and tour of Sydney Harbor.

• The Crocodile Hunter Lodge

  Our next adventure will take us to the world-famous Australia Zoo where we'll be staying at the Crocodile Hunter Lodge (yes THAT crocodile hunter!!)

• Australia Zoo Experiences

  Our accommodations include unlimited access to the zoo but we're looking to enhance our experience by getting up close and personal with all kinds of animals including petting a rhino!

• Green Island Resort

  You can't go to Australia without exploring the Great Barrier Reef and for our time there we will be staying on this tiny island right on top of the reef!

• Great Barrier Reef Experiences

  The resort includes almost everything we'll need, but we'd like to take advantage of optional tours including going to the outskirts of the reef for a snorkel tour and underwater observatory!

• Daintree Ecolodge

  Our last stop on our Australia Honeymoon will be at the Daintree Rainforest where we will stay in a romantic rainforest cabin at the Daintree Ecolodge, and have tours by Indigenous guides.

• Rainforest Experiences

  Nestled deep in the rainforest we will be taking various tours, floating rivers, and enjoying plenty of good food right on the rainforest floor!

• Flights

  This will be our first time flying so we're a little nervous but it's well worth everything we'll be doing!

• Transportation

  We plan to use public transportation as much as possible, but there are a couple areas where we will be renting a car as well.

• Flexibility Fund

  A gift of support in case we need to reschedule due to the unexpected like illness, weather, or disaster.

• Food and Souvenirs

  As you've seen some of the fancier food is included but of course, we're gonna chow down as much as we can plus bring back memories and souvenirs from our adventures.
