We decided to complete our sailing certifications before our honeymoon to allow us to charter a sailboat and explore the beautiful Virgin Islands for our honeymoon! Early in our relationship, John took the plunge and bought a sailboat on Lake Travis in Austin, TX. Our weekends on the water deepened our love for sailing, and we couldn’t think of a better way to embark on this new chapter together than by sailing in paradise.
