What is the dress code? - Our wedding weekend is Black Tie ✨ We invite our guests to dress in formal evening attire. Are children invited? - To keep our celebration intimate, we will only be able to accommodate children of immediate family. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you. Can I bring a plus-one? - Only guests listed on your invitation are included. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to us. When is the wedding? - Our wedding will take place on Saturday, April 18, 2026, with the ceremony beginning at 5:00 PM at Epping Forest Yacht Club.

We’ve reserved a block of rooms at Aloft Jacksonville Tapestry Park for our wedding weekend so our guests can stay close, comfortable, and together. This stylish, modern hotel offers contemporary rooms, fun social spaces, and great on-site amenities to make your stay relaxing and convenient. The hotel is located just about 15 minutes from Epping Forest Yacht Club, as well as 15 minutes from Jacksonville Beach, making it easy to enjoy both wedding festivities and some time by the ocean. You’ll also be surrounded by the Tapestry Park area and just minutes from St. Johns Town Center, featuring plenty of shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife within a short drive. We’ve secured a discounted wedding rate of $135 per night for our guests. Rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend booking early to lock in the specialRate
