Wedding Itinerary 🕊️Ceremony & Cocktail Hour 3:00 PM – Ceremony begins. 3:30 PM – Ceremony ends; Cocktail Hour begins. 3:45 PM – Extended family photos or golden hour couple portraits. 🍽️ Reception & Party 4:30 PM – Reception doors open; guests find their seats. 4:45 PM – Grand entrance, followed immediately by the First Dance. 5:00 PM – Welcome toast and dinner service begins. 5:45 PM – Maid of Honor and Best Man toasts (during dessert). 6:00 PM – Parent dances 6:15 PM – Dance floor opens! 7:30 PM – Cake cutting. 8:30 PM – Last dance. 8:45 PM – Grand exit (sparklers, bubbles, or laser beams)
