Something To Keep In Mind City Hall is a public government building and could be busy on this day. Please give yourself enough time to find parking, either metered street parking or in the near by parking garage. The parking garage will have a small fee. We have full use of the balcony for 1 hour only. So PLEASE be in your seat by 11:05 as the ceremony will begin at 11:15 SHARP
