Reception Information While we appreciate the idea of a formal reception, we have opted for a more casual experience! We are excited to have our friends and family come from out of state to enjoy Idaho, our new home. There will still be food and dancing, but we will be keeping the formalities to a minimum. Our venue is located on the Payette River, where we plan on swimming, floating and enjoying the summer sun through the evening hours! Feel free to bring your swimsuits, towels and something comfortable to change into! Our goal is to celebrate in true backyard BBQ fashion! Our venue is an Airbnb that we have rented, so we ask for everyone to help us to leave the venue cleaner than we found it. With that, there will be plenty of restrooms and places to store your things, or put babies down for a nap if needed! Garden Valley is a very small, secluded mountain town, with minimal resources. We encourage you to bring any special items that you'd like to eat or drink with you, before you make your way to the Garden Valley. Dinner, beer, wine and drinks will be provided for Saturday. Friday Night Gathering For those who are travelling from afar, we'd like to invite you to join us on Friday night for an opportunity to spend a little extra time together. This is a very casual event, as we will be completing the venue set up and rehearsal just before. We will be serving wine and cheese and sharing an Idaho evening together.
