Overlanding Adventure
On our week-long honeymoon overlanding trip across the Nicoya Peninsula, we’ll roam in our 4x4 Kia Bongo, winding through rugged trails that lead to hidden coves and sandy beaches where turquoise waves lap gently. By day, we’ll savor Costa Rica’s vibrant cuisine—hearty gallo pinto, tangy ceviche bursting with ocean freshness, and sweet plantains that melt on the tongue. As the sun sets, painting the sky gold, we’ll build a crackling fire on the beach, its glow blending with the fading light as we sink our toes into cool sand. Some evenings, we’ll watch sea turtles nest under the moonlight, their ancient journey a quiet wonder. Other days, we’ll snorkel through coral gardens, where fish flash like jewels in the clear waters. Each night, we’ll climb into our rooftop tent, the breeze carrying salt and wildflower scents, lulling us to sleep under a star-packed sky, the ocean’s hum in the distance. This adventure, woven into the rhythm of the peninsula, will be an unforgettable escape, every moment a vivid memory.

We’re excited to announce that the ceremony will be live-streamed on Facebook for those who can’t attend in person. For those joining us in Costa Rica, we are truly grateful! We'll provide a list of recommended nearby lodging options, so please contact Dima or Shelbi through the 'Contact Us' section below for assistance with your stay. More details and the link will be shared soon. If you’re unable to attend but would still like to be part of the celebration, you’re more than welcome to contribute toward an experience for someone in the wedding party to enjoy on your behalf—completely optional, of course. We’ll also be sharing daily photos, so be sure to check the ‘Our Journey’ section for a peek into the festivities! As January is a peak season, we encourage early booking to secure the best accommodations.
