Our Dream Honeymoon – Grand Canyon & Vegas Adventure!

For our honeymoon, we’re crossing a lifelong dream off our bucket list: visiting the breathtaking Grand Canyon. We can’t wait to take in the stunning views from the scenic overlooks, enjoy a relaxing sunset tour, and experience the beauty of the area without hiking the rugged trails. We’re also excited to explore nearby attractions, try some local cuisine, and capture unforgettable photos together. From there, we’ll head to Las Vegas for a thrilling mix of fun and relaxation. We’re looking forward to catching some live shows, trying our luck at the casinos, exploring the famous Strip, and enjoying delicious meals at unique restaurants. We also plan to unwind by the pool, take in the vibrant nightlife, and maybe even squeeze in a spontaneous adventure or two! 💍 Wedding FAQs for Guests ✅ 1. Can I bring a plus one? We would love to give everyone a plus one, but due to limited space, we can only accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. If you included a request for a plus one on your RSVP, we are aware of it and will do our best to accommodate. After the RSVP deadline, we will reach out to let you know if we have available spots. ✅ 2. Are kids invited? Yes! We’re excited to celebrate with your little ones. During the reception, we’ll have coloring pages and glow-in-the-dark tables where they can draw and have fun. We want them to enjoy the night just as much as the adults! ✅ 3. What time should I arrive? The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM sharp. We kindly ask that everyone is seated by 3:45 PM to avoid any disruptions. To give yourself plenty of time for parking, walking in, and finding your seat, please plan to arrive by 3:30 PM at the latest. We don’t want you to miss a single moment! ✅ 4. What should I wear? Don’t stress about the dress code—we care more about celebrating with you than what you’re wearing! The only request is no birthday suits, anything too revealing, or sweatpants. Whether you choose a cocktail dress, dress pants, or something that makes you feel good, you’ll fit right in! ✅ 5. What’s on the menu for dinner? Get ready for some Southern food at the reception! We’ll be serving a delicious meal with steak and grilled chicken and plenty of sides. It's perfect for a laid-back, fun celebration. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance so we can make accommodations. ✅ 6. Is there a gift registry? Yes! We are registered on Honeyfund and Amazon: - Honeyfund: This is where you can contribute toward our honeymoon adventure to the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas—a lifelong dream of ours. Your gift will help us create unforgettable memories. - Amazon: For gifts for our home and other thoughtful surprises. Both registries are linked on our this website for easy access. ✅ 7. What happens after the ceremony? After we say "I do," please head over to the Rose Event Center for the reception. We invite you to: - Sign our guest book to leave a special message. - Mingle and enjoy refreshments while you wait for us. - Find your seat in the reception area. During this time, we’ll be taking family and group photos. We’ll be announced shortly after and will join you for the celebration! ✅ 8. Can I take photos during the ceremony? Yes, photos and videos are allowed, but we kindly ask that you do so respectfully. Please: - Silence your phone and turn off any sounds or notifications. - Avoid using flash. - Be mindful of our photographer and avoid stepping in their way. We can't wait to see the special moments you capture—just be sure to tag us! ✅ 9. Is there a wedding hashtag? Yes! Help us relive all the memories by using our official hashtag: #ClappingIntoForeverWithTedrick When you post on social media, be sure to tag us so we can see all the fun and love from your perspective! ✅ 10. Will there be alcohol? Yes! We’ll be serving alcohol at the reception, so get ready to raise a glass with us. However, since kids will be present, we ask that everyone drinks in moderation to keep the celebration fun and safe for all. ✅ 11. Can I smoke or vape at the venue? Yes, there is a designated smoking area located in the back of the venue. Please only smoke or vape in this area to be considerate of other guests. ✅ 12. What can I expect during the reception? Get ready for a night of fun and celebration! The reception will include: - Dancing: Let loose on the dance floor and show off your moves! - A photo booth: Snap some fun, silly, and memorable pictures with your friends and family. - Games: We’ll have a few interactive games to keep the party going and make sure everyone has a blast. We want you to enjoy every moment—so don’t be shy, join in! ✅ 13. What if I can’t attend? We understand that life happens. If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll miss you, but we’ll be grateful for the heads-up so we can finalize our guest count.
