WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY? Please RSVP by March 14th, 2026! WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY? Please plan to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony time, about the time music begins. Please be aware roads to the venue are gravel and weather conditions may impact travel time. Anyone who arrives after the procession starts will have to wait outside of the ceremony space until the ceremony is over. Parking site on venue. IS THERE A DRESS CODE? The dress code is spring semi-formal/ Sunday best! We just wish for everyone to dress up and feel comfortable. The ceremony is outside, please take weather into consideration. Please no white, ivory, or champagne dresses! If you have a patterned dress and question if it is too white, please feel free to reach out to the bride. CAN I BRING A GUEST? If you were informed that you have a plus one, yes! We do not have accommodation for any more people other than the ones accounted for on our guest list. Do not feel obligated to bring a plus one if you were allowed one. IS THERE AN OPEN BAR? There will be an open bar but is limited to few options. If you have preference you are able to bring your own alcohol but ALL ALCOHOL MUST BE TURNED INTO THE BAR/ BARTENDER TO DISTRIBUTE TO YOU UNTIL YOU ARE LEAVING THE RECEPTION HALL. The Alvarez and Armstrong families are not responsible or liable for any accidents, damages or stupidity. ARE KIDS WELCOME? Kids are welcome, as long as they are listed on your invitation! Please do not feel the need to bring your children just because they are invited, we encourage all parents to take the night off and have fun! If you plan on bringing children, you are responsible for watching them and making sure they act accordingly. Please do not drink excessively in order to ensure that they are being watched and you and your family get home safely. WILL DINNER BE SERVED AT THE RECEPTION? Yes, dinner will be provided after the ceremony! There will not be any specific vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free options. DOES HONEYFUND TAKE A PERCENT? Yes this honeymoon fund website takes 2% of whatever is sent to us. If you prefer to give us cash or contribute another way, please feel free to!
