Venue Policy: This venue prohibits smoking (of any kind) anywhere on the premises. If you need to, please do so in your car or off the property. This ensures we are not asked to leave the celebration early or incur fines. Ceremony (Invite Only): Time: 4:00 PM (Arrive by 3:45 PM) Note: Private & unplugged — no entry after the ceremony starts Reception Timeline: Cocktail Hour: 5:00 PM (Drinks & Appetizers) Dinner (Buffet Style): 6:00 PM Baked Chicken or Prime Rib Sides: Mashed potatoes, green beans, mac & cheese, salad Drinks: Water / juice / soda / complimentary alcohol (drink responsibly!) Photo Dash: Quick pics with each table before dinner & toasts Stay Until 10 PM: Sparkler send-off & group photo moment After the Party it's the After Party: Starts at 10:15 PM ends at Midnight Everyone is welcome to keep the celebration going! --------------------------
